    A fundraising meet at Georgie Porgie’s in support of further education and preservation of Volkswagens in the Midwest. All cars are welcome with preferred VW parking.     Join us for our premier Midwest VW Type 2 camping event! Come join us for the upcoming 40th "Buses Nowhere Near the Arch" camping weekend. This family-oriented VW camping event will feature on average a gathering of around 100 VW Transporters of all types and eras from all over the USA. While predominantly a Type 2 event, all models and eras of VWs are welcome to camp with us! We are looking forward to seeing you and your Transporter amidst all the "Split-windshields", "Bubble-windshields", Vanagons, and EuroVans and even the new "I.D.     Park City, Kansas

    A three day all-VW show and campout at Hap McLean Park with free admission for spectators. Swap meet spaces and camping are free. New for 2026: no classes, every registered car is eligible for a show-wide Top 25 plus specialty awards. Features include a vendor market, Kids Korner, Friday night movie in the park, food trucks and a large raffle.     September 04, 2026 - September 06, 2026 – VW Rollout 2026
    San Antonio, Texas

    A three day Volkswagen weekend at Traders Village with camping, music, cruising and a full Sunday show and awards. Registration opens Friday at the welcome party with a goodie bag, meal ticket and show sticker included. Saturday features a morning cruise through the King William Historic District ending at Booster’s Backyard Ice House for food, entertainment and meet-up time. Sunday hosts the main show under the pavilion with VW parts swap, vendors and family activities. RV and bus camping welcome with electricity available and restrooms open around the clock.     September 05, 2026 – Sweat Your Dubs Off
    Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah

    An annual summer VW campout and land speed racing weekend at the Bonneville Salt Flats with air-cooled Volkswagens running for records. Racing takes place all day Saturday with dry camping at Bend in the Road on Friday and Saturday nights. A Saturday night party follows the racing. Hosted near the Bend in the Road area at coordinates 40.761269, -113.970139 with support from Red-E Motorsports and regional VW groups.

    September 10, 2026 - September 13, 2026 - Westies at Watkins
    Watkins Glen, New York

    Westies at Watkins returns to Watkins Glen International as part of the Hilliard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix. VW Bus owners can enjoy parade laps on the historic track, unique photo opportunities, and the full atmosphere of the SVRA Vintage Racing Weekend.     September 12, 2026 - The V-Dub Derby
    Louisville, Kentucky

    Join us for the (almost) World Known V-Dub Derby Saturday, September 12th as we celebrated all VW models under the 100+ year old shade trees of St Joes Children's Home in the historic Crescent Hill neighborhood of old Louisville for this must attend event. Last year the Classic VW Club of Louisville was able to donated $10,500 to the kids. We are on target to make an even bigger donation this year, as it promises to be the biggest Derby yet!     An open VW and dune buggy show with swap meet spaces at Barnum’s Bug Barn. Registration begins at 8 am and the show starts at 10 am. Car registration is five dollars or an unwrapped toy, and spectators are free. Thirty swap spots are available for ten dollars each with reservations by phone.     September 19, 2026 - Omaha VW Club's 41st Annual Show & Shine
    Omaha, Nebraska

    The 41st edition of the Omaha VW Club's Annual Show&Shine will return to the Baxter Volkswagen corporate office location at 17225 Burt, St., Omaha, NE. 68118. Come and join us on Saturday, 19 Sept 2026 for a day with amazing cars ranging from completely original air-cooled classics, pristine restorations, custom builds, daily drivers, and performance water-cooled examples. The event opens at 8am, with car judging running from 11am-1pm, and award presentations at 2pm. Enjoy the cars on display, wander the swap meet area, enjoy food trucks, games, the DJ, or try your luck at the 50-50 raffle and more.     A beachfront air-cooled Volkswagen show on Seacoast Drive with over 250 vehicles filling the Imperial Beach shoreline. The event features live performances from Super Sonic Samba School Band and Dancers, Mariachi del Mar and Nasty Habits Classic Rock Band. Attendees enjoy vendors, a raffle and a VW parts swap area with a strong mix of classic Beetles, Buses and custom builds. Hosted in Imperial Beach by San Diego Air Cooled.

    September 25, 2026 - September 27, 2026 - 18th Solvang VW Veteranentreffen Weekend
    Slovang, California

    The Golden Gate Chapter of the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America will be sponsoring the 18th Solvang VW Veteranentreffen. Friday evening, from 6 pm to 9 pm Wolfsburg West will be hosting a "Meet and Greet" social hour at the Svensgaard's Danish Lodge, 1711 Mission Dr. in Solvang.     September 26, 2026 – Bugs by the River
    Millersburg, Pennsylvania

    A free VW event with onsite camping starting Thursday, a guided cruise through local back roads with lunch stops and possible Friday attractions. Saturday features the show and swap meet, and the shops will be open for visitors. Camping, cruising, showing and swapping are all free, with no new parts vendors.     September 27, 2026 - 12th Annual Bayfield Volkfest
    Bayfield, Ontario

    The 12th Annual Bayfield Volkfest takes place Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 10AM to 4PM at the Bayfield Fairgrounds in Bayfield, Ontario. The show features more than 300 classic Volkswagens, a food truck festival, a large vendor market, live country music, special guests from the Bayfield Ukulele Society, and a VW parts swap meet. Vehicle entry is twenty dollars cash at the gate and the first one hundred fifty vehicles receive a swag bag. Pedestrian entry is five dollars and kids twelve and under are free.     October 07, 2026 - October 11, 2026 – Farfigtubin ’26
    Ginnie Springs, Florida

    A multi-day VW campout at Ginnie Springs with river tubing, camping and a full weekend of VW community activities. Attendees set up along the springs and spend the days floating the river, relaxing at camp and enjoying meet-ups with air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens. The event runs Wednesday through Sunday with open camping and group floats throughout the weekend. Hosted at Ginnie Springs Outdoors in High Springs.

    October 08, 2026 – October 11, 2026 – Buses and Balloons 2026
    Albuquerque, New Mexico

    New Mexico’s VW Bus campout held during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, where hundreds of hot air balloons lift off and drift directly overhead. The weekend offers front-row parking, easy access to Balloon Fiesta Park and a full campground of vintage VW enthusiasts. Hosted at 8536 Alameda Park Dr NE with support from the New Mexico Bus Club. Open to all VW buses with four days of camping and balloon viewing.

    A community Volkswagen show supporting veterans with classic and custom air-cooled VWs filling the Rhea Elementary School grounds. The event features live music, food vendors, raffle drawings and a family-friendly atmosphere with strong turnout from regional VW clubs. Show vehicles and vendors register on site with general admission available at the gate. Hosted in Dayton with proceeds benefiting veteran support programs.

    October 10, 2026 – Classics and Coffee
    Chico, California

    A vintage Volkswagen and Porsche meet at Chico Volkswagen with air-cooled models up to the mid eighties gathering for a relaxed morning event. Owners park throughout the dealership lot for photos, conversation and community with no fees, judging or awards. The meet runs through noon with coffee on site and strong turnout from Northern California VW enthusiasts. Hosted at Chico Volkswagen.

    October 11, 2026 – Klassic Dubs Fest Volkswagen Car Show
    Bakersfield, California

    A full VW car show hosted by Hoagies at 1004 19th St. Roll in from 8 to 9 AM with the main event running 10 to 3 PM. All Volkswagens are welcome. Voting ends at 1 PM and goodie bags go to the first 50 registered. Enjoy raffles, vendors, awards, games at Bottle Shock and a VW DJ bus. A VW Bug will be auctioned off and a photobooth bus will be on site. Spectators are free.

    October 16, 2026 - October 18, 2026 - 17th Annual Deutsch-Tober Festival & German Car Show

    St. Pete Beach, Florida

    A beachfront VW meet on St. Pete Beach with air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens lining the shore for a full day of photos, cruising and community. Owners gather along the beach access area for a relaxed coastal hangout with club turnout from across the Gulf region. The event features casual meet-and-greet, oceanfront parking and a strong mix of classic and modern VWs. Hosted on St. Pete Beach.

    October 18, 2026 - CVA's 28th Annual Fall Foliage Cruise

    Sunday October 18th, 2026 the Connecticut Volkswagen Association will have their 28th Annual "Fall Foliage Cruise" from 9am to ??? The cruise is still under construction, so the actual starting point has not yet been determined. Please save the date Sunday October 18, 2026.     This will be the sixth year of this event. The location Volkswagen of Clovis is appropriate for this celebration.     FWVF club presents our 25th anniversary show at Burger’s Lake. Over 25 judged classes for awards, air-cooled, water-cooled and electric VWs and Porsches. Show shirts for sale $25, Swap meet $25. Please join us for a fabulous day with other VW enthusiasts and see some of the best VWs in the country. Big swap meet and many vendors. Spectators are free. Gate opens at 8am.     November 21, 2026 – Bee Volks Show & Shine
    Bakersfield, California

    A VW meet at Hart Park from 11 AM to 4 PM with raffles, trophies and BBQ. Bring your own chairs and drinks. Camping available Saturday and Sunday night at Kern River Campsite. Hosted by Bee Volks Bakersfield with support from local VW clubs and vendors.

    Sunday afternoon December 6, 2026 the Connecticut Volkswagen Association's will have their "LAST HURRAH" at the Westbrook Town Beach from 12 noon to 3pm.     A coastal holiday cruise for air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens with a morning meetup in Weeki Wachee followed by a group drive to Cedar Key. The event features scenic back-road cruising, photo stops and a relaxed waterfront lunch at the final destination. Owners gather for a casual end-of-year VW run with strong turnout from Gulf Coast and Central Florida clubs. Hosted by regional VW groups.

    December 26, 2026 – Santa’s Last Stop Meet Up Part 2
    Covina, California

    A holiday-themed VW gathering hosted by Made in LA and VolksLife at Mariposas, 870 Arrow Hwy. Runs from 10 AM to 2 PM with a festive Christmas vibe, VW clubs, solo riders and a strong So-Cal community turnout. A fun end-of-year meet with good energy and plenty of holiday spirit.

    A week-long VW gathering on the island of St. Croix with cruises, beach meet-ups and cultural stops.     A waterfront Volkswagen meet on Clearwater Beach with air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens lining the pier for photos, cruising and a full day of coastal VW community hangout time. Owners gather along the pier approach for oceanfront parking, club turnout and a relaxed winter meet with strong participation from Gulf Coast and Central Florida groups. Hosted on Clearwater Beach.

    January 29, 2027 - January 31, 2027 – VDUB Getaway
    Dover, Florida

    A three day all-VW event at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds with club games, swap meet, audio contest, tattoo contest, lantern walk and onsite camping. Activities include a Friday poker run, valve cover race, bicycle show and LED or neon light contest. Plenty of trailer parking available. Hosted by VDUB Getaway with Top 40 awards and Best Of’s.     Broward County, Florida

    A hilltop Volkswagen meet in Broward County with air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens gathering for a relaxed winter event. Owners park along the upper and lower hill areas for photos, club turnout and casual hangout time with strong participation from South Florida VW groups. The meet features food vendors, family activities and a wide mix of classics, customs and modern VWs. Hosted in Broward County by regional VW organizers.
